Click on the link above and copy and paste the RSS feed URL (web address) into your RSS reader.
On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
On the RSS Feeds tab, click New.
In the New RSS Feed dialog box, type the URL of the RSS Feed address or press CTRL+V to paste the URL of the RSS Feed.
The health promotion feed is: http://www.health-promotion.cdd.nhs.uk/rss/healthpromotioncdd.xml
Then, whenever new pages are added to the health promotion website you will be automatically notified.
There are numerous RSS Readers (sometimes called Aggregators), many of them free. You will need to install the Reader on your PC (ask your IT department about this if you do not have administration rights).
Once you have a RSS Reader installed on your PC click on the orange RSS button next to each feed subject listed on the RSS Feeds page to subscribe. You can drag the URL (web address) of the feed into your RSS reader or cut and past the URL into a new feed in your RSS Reader.
Some newer web browsers, including Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Opera and Safari, automatically check for feeds when you visit a website, and display an orange icon when they find one. In Internet Explorer 7, for example, clicking on the orange RSS icon will display the RSS feed information.
